We started Culture Change with one simple idea: to give back to the community we love. What began as a small group of people passionate about making a difference has since grown into a thriving movement focused on improving our local environment and supporting the people who call Trenton, NJ home. We knew from the start that real change starts with action—whether that’s through hands-on projects like park cleanups or building stronger ties among local businesses and residents.

The road hasn’t always been easy, but we’ve never wavered from our mission. From working with youth programs to organizing volunteer-led events, we remain dedicated to creating a more inclusive, safe, and vibrant community. We believe in the power of grassroots action and know that with every person who joins us, we’re one step closer to transforming our neighborhoods into the places we’ve always known they could be.
